Chicken & Fatalii Ramen

Give your ramen bowl a zesty kick with our Fatalii Attraction

Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan gently heat the chicken broth, when it’s just simmering add the vermicelli nests and the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes, keep the heat low enough so the nests don’t start to come apart
  2. Add the chicken and cook for a further 2 minutes to warm the chicken through
  3. Place the greens into a generous sized bowl
  4. Stir the Daddy Cool’s Fatalii Attraction through the stock
  5. Lift out the nests and place into your serving bowl
  6. Ladle the stock, with the chicken and broccoli over the greens
  7. Top with the boiled egg and radish

Croque Madame Flatbreads
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220c/200c fan/gas 7/425f
  2. Place the flatbread on a non stick baking sheet
  3. Mix together the crème fraiche, mustard, two thirds of the cheese and a small pinch of salt and spread evenly over the flatbread
  4. Place the pancetta on the flatbread and crack an egg onto the centre, sprinkle over the remaining gruyere and season with some freshly ground black pepper
  5. Transfer to the oven and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes until the white has set but the yolk is still runny

Instructions
  1. Place the salmon, bay leaves and cloves into a saucepan; pour in enough milk to cover the salmon. Poach the salmon for five minutes on a gentle heat until cooked. Once cooked remove, drain and set aside.
  2. Add the potatoes and salt into a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the pan and drain off any excess liquid, place them in a bowl and mash. Take the salmon, flake it into the potatoes, and gently stir to combine. Then add the Fatalii Attraction, chives and salt then stir to combine.
  4. Take a handful of the mixture and shape into patties.
  5. Dip the patties into the egg and then the flour. Repeat the process until you have used up all of the patty mixture.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan then place some patties into the oil ensuring you don’t overcrowd the pan.
  7. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Drain and serve with the garnish of lemon.
