Lime and Papaya Pickle

It’s here. The poppadom saviour. The curry companion the Indian pickles so many people have been asking for. Ladies and gentlemen, we’d like to introduce you to the pickle with a punch. Tangy limes bring a burst of flavour and when paired up with papaya, is ever so moreish. This Indian pickle is an Eastern classic with a daddy cool twist. It’s mild in heat but most definitely not mild in flavour. If you’re looking for sublime treat with a little sweet then this is for you. If you’re looking for a good time, get clicking and grab some lime!

SUGGESTED USES: Tangy and sweet great for with curries or as a dip with poppadoms, blend it and marinade under the skin of a chicken, mix with sour cream for a potato dip, try with fish, great with swiss or Jarlsberg cheese.

Ingredients: Limes (33%), Papaya (28%), MUSTARDO Oil (rapeseed oil, MUSTARD Oil), Jaggory Goor (SULPHITES), Spirit Vinegar, MUSTARD Seed, Spices, Asafoetida (ground rice, gum arabic, turmeric), Salt, Mango Powder, Chilli.
