Peri Peri Chilli Sauce
Peri Peri, two words every household in Britain has become familiar with. Whether it be through mediocre pub dinners or an over-rated grilled chicken eatery which seems only to be visited by chaperoned teens on first dates. It has by no way gained the recognition it deserves until now.
Daddy’s done it, and he’s done it good. This liquid gold has everything you want in a great Peri Peri sauce, and maintains a nice mild heat which makes it perfect for dipping your chips in. If you only had one sauce in the fridge to bring excitement to your weekly menu, this would be the one. It won’t blow your socks off with fire and brimstone, but it will blow you a kiss with a cheeky wink and a smile.
Marinate, douse, smother, dip, drizzle or drink, you deserve happiness!
SUGGESTED USES: Great as a dipping sauce, splash it on chicken or seafood. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over chicken/seafood and add a generous amount of our Peri Peri sauce, leave to marinate overnight or 40 minutes minimum, cook and splash on more sauce when removed from oven.
