Ketch the Reaper Puff Pastry Twists

Instructions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas 6.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, Ketch the Reaper, chilli flakes and basil until well combined.
  3. Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured surface and cut in half lengthways.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one half, place the other half on top to create a sandwich.
  5. Cut into 1cm strips width ways
  6. Twist each strip and pop onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
  7. Brush with the beaten egg
  8. Bake for approx 20-25 minutes until they are risen and golden
