Ketch the Reaper Puff Pastry Twists

Ingredients

sheet ready rolled puff pastry
100
g
cream cheese
2
tbsp
Daddy Cool’s Ketch the Reaper
2
tsp
chilli flakes
1
tbsp
finely chopped basil
1
egg
beaten
flour
for dusting
Instructions
Pre heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas 6.
Mix together the cream cheese, Ketch the Reaper, chilli flakes and basil until well combined.
Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured surface and cut in half lengthways.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one half, place the other half on top to create a sandwich.
Cut into 1cm strips width ways
Twist each strip and pop onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
Brush with the beaten egg
Bake for approx 20-25 minutes until they are risen and golden
