Frozen Yogurt Bark with Dark Chocolate, Carolina Reaper Chilli, Raspberry & Pistachio

If you’re looking for a very simple and quick breakfast or dessert alternative then look no further, this only takes a few minutes to make, will be ready to eat in about 4 hours and keeps in the freezer for up to a month. Full fat Greek yogurt is preferable over low fat, with low fat you get a lot of ice crystals, the full fat is nice and creamy.

  • 500 g Full Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Freeze dried raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Pistachios
  • 30 g Dark Chocolate with Carolina Reaper & Raspberry


  • 1. Roughly chop your chocolate & pistachios
  • 2. Mix together the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract until combined well
  • 3. Line a lipped baking tray with parchment paper Spread the yogurt mixture over the parchment paper evenly to about 1/4 inch thick
  • 4. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours and enjoy
