This medium heat Burnt Pineapple & Ginger Chilli Jam was inspired by similar jams which Daddy Cool had the opportunity to try in Jamaica many moons ago. After years of reminiscing, fantasising and longing for that authentic Caribbean flavour, it seemed only right to make the same great flavours accessible to his followers.
Daddy Cool has carefully selected the best Scotch Bonnet Chillies Pineapple’s and Ginger to add to this jam which gives a tiny part of Jamaica to each jar, thus giving us all that well-deserved break, we want and need.
You may be sat in your back yard in Manchester having a BBQ for 2, but this jam will have you sweating like you’re tanning your cheeks on Montego Bay.

SUGGESTED USES Like all jams, this goes perfectly with cheese and crackers, however the Caribbean flavour profile lends itself well to meats, salads and fish. Make the perfect hot and sweet chicken burger by smothering grilled or fried chicken with this sticky beast. For an even more exciting meal, consider using alongside Daddy Cools Jerk rub for more heat and more flavour!

Sweet and smooth to start, lovely ginger and pineapple flavour coming through with a lovely kick of bonnet heat and a lingering warmth.
Was amazing with cheese and crackers, even a bit of quiche. Was a show stopper brushed over cooked chicken thighs though, different level!

Perfect for a good cheese board and mix into some hot chicken wings then pop back in over for 10 minutes. Perfection ???
