Twenty-three years ago, Mr & Mrs Daddy Cool tied the knot in Barbados, a memory which would echo in their minds persistently over the next 2 decades.
Of course, the wedding was perfect, the views and scenery were picturesque and the weather was delightful but the most unforgettable part: THAT hot sauce!
Almost a quarter of a century later and the penny has dropped. Those final secret ingredients have been found and the perfect balance between heat and heaven, much like Barbados itself, has been encapsulated within a Daddy Cool’s bottle.
Each bottle contains 18.5% yellow scotch bonnet chillies which delivers that distinctive scotch bonnet aroma and fruitiness we all know and love. It’s a versatile sauce which compliments most foods, but particularly lends itself to stews, meats and fish. Daddy Cool would even go as far as putting it on breakfast cereal but that’s arguably a step too far for most.
This sauce is many things; a love song, a holiday in a bottle, a flashback to where it all began but most importantly, a proper tasty condiment.

The best hot pepper sauce ever.
The new kid on the block and with all Daddy Cool’s products way, way tastier than anything the big companies can produce.
Bajan hot pepper sauce brings the Jamaican sunshine into your life, chuck a good glug onto chicken, wraps, kebabs and anything else you fancy.
2 bottles didn’t last me long so I bought a kilo bottle, a cracking, delicious and mood enhancing bottle of delicious yellowness, buy a bottle of sunshine right now, you won’t regret it. 😍

An incredible sauce to me it adds a slight curry sauce flavour but but not to much but enough to really get your tastebud tingling and it has surprised me the amount of things it works with from grilled chicken to late-night kebabs it is a thing of wonder another must try from daddys

I have a few bottles of bajan sauce straight from Barbados. And none of them come close. Hands down my favourite cajan sauce. Super flavourful and not too hot. Just right!
