 Our Black Garlic Sriracha carries a note of sweetness, savouriness and a sweet liquorice undertone from it’s caramelisation.  It’s widely used in Asian cuisine due to its umami flavour. We decided to use it with our Great Taste Award-winning Sriracha ferment. But we did not stop there! We ramped up the heat a little by adding 9% of another of our fermented chillies. The outstanding Scotch Bonnet creates the ultimate Hot Sauce known today. We know once you’ve tried black garlic sriracha there’s no going back.

Ingredients: Red Jalapeno (38%), Sweet Bell Peppers, Brown Sugar, Vinegar, Black Garlic (9%), Scotch Bonnet Chilli (9%), Water, V Fish Sauce (water, salt, sugar, seaweed extract – SOYABEAN protein, yeast extract, vinegar), Spices, Salt, E415, Citric Acid.

    Every so often another product is released and I get excited and I was not disappointed.
    The flavours are great and its got a kick which is not super hot just nice (might be my preference).
    I’ve started having this most days on my pizza, in stir fry, on my sandwiches. I’m a convert!

    Absolutely stunning sauce, the extra zing it brings to any dish is lush. Not to heavy on the garlic as some can be but a beautifully balanced addition to every table.

    Lovely sauce with the black garlic coming through nicely to complement the sirracha flavours. Not overly hot compared to some of the sauces and brilliantly tasty. I have used it mixed with chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper as a spicy pizza sauce instead of the regular tomato, goes wonderfully as a pizza dipping sauce (think like the sauces you get with Dominoes pizza but actually flavoursome) can tone it down by mixing with mayo if bit warm for some people. Nice mixed in with mince to make own spicy and garlicky burgers. A maybe strange to some people but goes amazingly well with layering black pudding and bacon and pouring on top. Crispy chicken wings and noodles is another obvious use.
    Loads of ways to enjoy this versatile and amazing sauce.

    Very different to your normal sriracha but it highlights the unique flavour of the black garlic perfectly and makes an excellent addition to burgers, stir-frys and cheese on toast. Would definitely recommend.

    Oh my goodness this is tasty.

    Garlicy but with a really nice combination of sweetness coupled with a kind of aniseed edge that really works. Maybe that’s 5 spice, I dunno, but it has a wonderful Asian flavour I can’t get enough of.

    I’m starting to cook around this sauce to make sure I food goes with it!

    I’m not a fan of black garlic but I do love good sriracha, and this is good sriracha with a unique taste and a nice sriracha profile that becomes nice and garlicky with a hint of something else which I can’t put my finger on for me this isn’t an everyday sauce its something a little more special and needs to be treated accordingly
