There’s a good chance this hot pepper sauce is going to become a huge part of your life herein. You’ll probably keep a bottle for specific reasons, one for work, home and even a bottle inn your car, it’s just so good.
This West Indian inspired hot pepper sauce is the result of years of experimenting and tweaking, while Daddy Cool searched for that true Caribbean flavour. The sauce has that distinct tang found in West Indian hot sauces, with a really refreshing heat.
SUGGESTED USES: Splash a dash on fried chicken, rice n peas or drizzle over pizza, eggs, mac n cheese, potato wedges, pasta, fish or roasted vegetables, it goes on about everything savoury. Oh lord yes! It is fruity in flavour and spicy hot, but not superhot, if you want a sauce you can splash on anything, this is the one and there can only be one!

Ingredients: Chilli Mash (Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Salt, Acetic Acid) (55.5%), Vinegar, Water, Garlic Powder (SULPHITES), Sugar, Fresh Lime Juice, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum (E415).
