Fiery Jerk Rub from The Caribbean

After many years we’ve mastered our Jamaican Jerk Rub and kept all the flavours and fire of the tropics in a little bag for you all to take away and try at home, it’s an all-rounder for fish, chicken, pork or roasted vegetables, be warned, it’s got a good chilli kick!

SUGGESTED USES: Firstly, blend the juice of 1 lime with olive oil and the jerk rub until you get a smooth paste then leave for 30 minutes to soak in. This rub can be used in many ways, try it on pork, chicken, fish, homemade sausages, beef jerky, biltong or just sprinkle it over your vegetables and then roast. A taste of Jamaica right inside the comfort of your own home.

Recommended guidelines: Use 1 heaped tbsp. per 250g of meat/vegetables and marinate for best results.

Ingredients: Allspice, Sea Salt, Coconut Sugar, Onion Powder, 7 Pot Katie Chilli, Garlic, Lime Juice Powder, Lemon Pepper, Red Chilli Flakes, Smoked Paprika, Ginger, Nutmeg, Thyme, Sage, Cinnamon.

Note:  Please don’t forget to choose the packet size from the above section otherwise the default of 40g will be selected. All rubs will come in a loose bag unless stated otherwise.

Once opened store in a cool dry place and consume within 8 weeks.
