Jerk Biltong – Jamaican Style
We’ve teamed up with possibly one of the best Biltong makers in the North West, The Weston Biltong Company Ltd and Daddy Cool’s Chilli Sauce have a collaboration going on, they only use 100% British beef 100% of the time, thus supporting British farmers.
We provided them Jerk Spice rub and explained exactly how we wanted it used and they listened, thus creating our very own unique Jamaican Jerk Spice Biltong.
Our Jerk Rub Mix contains the UK’s Hottest Chilli which is called “Katie” is a great tasting one and packs one hell of a punch at a SHU of 1,590,000, what better way to enjoy it other than mixing it with our Jerk Spice from the Caribbean and the Biltong flavours from South Africa.

Ingredients: British Silverside, Biltong Spice (Salt, Coriander, Sugar, Pepper, Potassium Sorbate, Bicarbonate Soda), Jamaican Jerk Rub (Allspice, Sea Salt, Coconut Sugar, Onion Powder, 7 Pot Katie Chilli, Garlic, Lime Juice Powder, Lemon Pepper, Red Chilli Flakes, Smoked Paprika, Ginger, Nutmeg, Thyme, Sage, Cinnamon).
