Our Chilli Cheddar is BACK, after it’s huge success in December 2020, 2021 and 2022 We’re back for 2023.  Only 60 have been made for sale.

Grab the crackers, or make the ultimate cheese burger or go one further and use it with steak and cheese. It’s crumbly and sharp like a cheddar should be, but as with all Daddy Cool’s products you can expect there to be that trademark tingle you’ve learned to love but you won’t breathe fire.

Our Cheese is shipped securely wrapped, once you receive it refrigerate and consume within 7 days.

SUGGESTED USES: makes an epic Cheese for a Burger, or on that Cheese board, or should I say butter board following the viral trend?

Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow’s milk (MILK), Salt, Start Culture, Vegetarian Rennet, Red Jalapeno Chilli 8%, Garlic Powder (SULPHITES), Onion Powder.
