Reaper Ketchup – Ketch The Reaper

This chilli ketchup will have you wondering why you’ve never liked chilli in your tomato sauce before. We all have our own favourite use for reaper ketchup but this one plays ball with them all. It gives fry ups the oomph, brings life to the dullest of kebabs and fills the smallest of burgers with flavour.

Any true ketchup connoisseur knows that consistency is key and Ketch the Reaper has it all. It oozes onto your eggs just how you’d like it, but you’re free to try anyway. Ooh it’s very saucy.

A beginner’s “Hot Chilli Sauce” that carries an L plate for beginners who are just starting out, be warned this reaper ketchup will get you eventually! At only 0.34% its hot but not alot!

SUGGESTED USES: Mix this reaper ketchup in soups, add to Bloody Mary Cocktails, splash it burgers and as a good old-fashioned tomato ketchup for chips, also great on cheese toasties. Also a great addition to any bolognaise sauce, mixed into chilli con carne or even smear on a pizza base.

Ingredients: Passata (28%) (tomatoes (99%), acidity regulator, citric acid), Spirit Vinegar, Roasted Red Peppers (water, sugar, spirit vinegar, salt, acidity regulator, citric acid), Tomato Puree (tomato puree, acidity regulator, citric acid), Honey, Sugar, Fresh Apple Juice, Tomato Powder, Fresh Lemon juice, Salt, Cornflour, Carolina Reapers (0.34%), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, CELERY Salt, Spices, Nutmeg.

    Not the hottest reaper ketchup I’ve had but a satisfying burn, all the same, and one that lingers. That combined with its rich, peppery, nutmeg-laden, tomato sauce flavour leaves me wanting for only one thing: More!

    This stuff is spot on, goes lovely on burgers or butties, marinating on whole or diced up chicken. Lovely with steak, even something simple like cheesy chips the list goes on. If you like a bit of red sauce then this is spot on with a little warmth on your palate. You won’t go wrong.

    This is the closest thing I have to an everyday sauce and I don’t normally bother with ketchup! Bacon butties, burgers anything and everything that benefits from tomato flavours and a nice kick of heat. Love it!

    This was the definite star of a recent mystery box! I can’t believe I’ve not tasted or ordered this sooner. It goes well on and with EVERYTHING, eggs, cheese, meats, you name it! The flavour is fantastic, the heat is a lovely mild after burn. Daddy Cool this is a winner and a replacement everyday table sauce. Eat your heat out heinz.

    Just love this sauce, cooked breakfasts would not be the same without it.
    Perect level of heat and packed full of flavour. Good with anything you would normally use a regular ketchup on.
    Actually just had it on my hotdogs. Great stuff.

    Amazing great sauce, the Ketch , everything i expected of a hot Chilli sauce.
    I use it as a spice-up for many dishes.
    I only have one issue with it, it is a rather thick sauce, and i experience having difficulties getting it out of the bottle.
    It doesn’t run out the flask , i need to scoop it out with a thin stick of something.
    But tastes great.

    my new favorite ketchup

    not so spicy as to burn your face off but enough to let you know it’s there when you dip your chips in it

    the flavour is amazing and i’m probably going to put weight on simply making myself snacks to go along with it
