It’s the Thai sauce that took the West by storm many moons ago, everyone must of has heard of it and almost everyone has felt some form of discomfort simply trying to pronounce it correctly?
After plenty of research and tinkering in the kitchen, Daddy Cool has unleashed his very own version of this culinary wonder. If you’re unfamiliar with Sriracha, it’s a mild/medium heat chilli sauce with a nice pungent garlic kick. This isn’t the hottest chilli sauce you’ll encounter but it still offers a whole mouth warming hug in each serving. What Daddy Cool’s Sriracha does have is the ability to make absolutely anything taste amazing.
SUGGESTED USES: Mix with sour cream for a spicy sweet potato chip dip, toss with firm Tofu and bake, mix into mashed potatoes, add to your soups, smear on your noodles or mix into your hummus or falafel.
