Ketch the Reaper Puff Pastry Twists

Three of our favourite things combined to make a fabulous quick and easy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Daddy Cool’s Ketch the Reaper
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
  • 1 egg beaten
  • flour for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas 6.
  •  Mix together the cream cheese, Ketch the Reaper, chilli flakes and basil until well combined.
  • Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured surface and cut in half lengthways.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one half, place the other half on top to create a sandwich.
  •  Cut into 1cm strips width ways
  •  Twist each strip and pop onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Brush with the beaten egg
  • Bake for approx 20-25 minutes until they are risen and golden
