Ketch the Reaper Puff Pastry Twists
Three of our favourite things combined to make a fabulous quick and easy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Daddy Cool’s Ketch the Reaper
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
- 1 egg beaten
- flour for dusting
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas 6.
- Mix together the cream cheese, Ketch the Reaper, chilli flakes and basil until well combined.
- Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured surface and cut in half lengthways.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one half, place the other half on top to create a sandwich.
- Cut into 1cm strips width ways
- Twist each strip and pop onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Brush with the beaten egg
- Bake for approx 20-25 minutes until they are risen and golden
