Nil by Mouth

Nil by mouth resembles lava and is a superhot chilli sauce.

Strongly suggested use is as an additive only. If you use nil by mouth as a condiment then we take no responsibility for injury or trauma caused. Each bottle of nil by mouth contains 47% of the world’s hottest chillies then 2% of 6.4 Million Scoville Extract. It’s going to burn on the way in and on the way out!

SUGGESTED USES: Additive to spice up your food only! We strongly suggest you do-not consume direct from the bottle. Ideal for those chicken wing challenges, one sauce to rule them all, it builds in waves.

INGREDIENTS: Moruga Scorpion Chilli (13%), Bhut Jolokia Chilli (13%), Scotch Bonnet Chilli (13%), Peaches (Water, Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Raspberry Vinegar (White Wine Vinegar, Raspberries, Sugar, SULPHITES), Carolina Reaper Chilli (8%), Cherry Tomatoes (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.), Orange Juice, Onions, Lime Juice, Beetroot, Mixed Herbs, Garlic, Olive Oil, 6.4 Million Scoville Extract (2%), Black Pepper.2

    This extract is the best extract to use on a cheese toastie – hands down. Just a smidgen mind.
    It is the best ‘tasting’ (dare i say that) extract sauce.
    I had Beyond Insanity and firmly believe that sauce is under rated in it’s scoville value. You only have to watch First We Feast to see which sauce get’s them all. But i never liked the taste of it.

    My wife bought this for me yesterday at Sale market. I love hot foods- this is a lovely tasting sauce that is seriously hot. The thing I find with most hot sauces is that they are too acidic – this is just a perfectly balanced tomato based sauce.
    But it is proper hot!

    Having tasted all Daddy Cool’s Hot and Super Hot Sauces, this has now become my favorite. Over half way through my third bottle (like to have it on my lunch). It is properly hot! Be Warned. But if you like super hot, then this is the one to try. Now I have a taste for it, I don’t think I can go back to sauces that are less hot. The only way forward is up (the Scoville scale!).

    I love spicy food, but suffer from acid reflux. Nil by mouth is the best product I have ever tasted, I get no reflux and i feel as though I’m challenging myself in a good way when eating it. I made a chilli and added a teaspoon worth…very nice (I did have a glass of milk with it mind), honestly the best hot sauce I have ever tried, although not for those who have a low chilli intolerance – the waves of heat keep coming !!

    Bought at Knutsford makers market. Really pleased. Nice guys let me try it and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not just about the heat but also the taste. If you like it really hot as I do you’ll be buying more as I will. Had a cupboard full of hopefuls but they just got binned. High recommended if you like the heat and the taste of chillies.

    Found these guys on accy market tried the cranberry was delicious and then bought a bottle of this. Wow super hot but very well made. A proper chilli sauce. Will be ordering a few other after this review awesome

    Bought this for my Chinese wife at a market in Manchester. She comes from Sechuan district the land of the Hot 🔥 pot. It is the only chilli sauce she recommends. We are taking some to China for her brother. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

    This stuff wrote me off I went sale market to see my mate @topiefor
    Shane grabbed a pie needed some sauce didn’t look at the label and poured a shit load in to my pie thinking it was tomato sauce blew my head off couldn’t talk for at least 2 hours
