Candied Jalapenos

Let’s face it, the name Salted Caramel Candied Jalapeno brought you here right? That along with an all-round love for anything spicy, well you won’t be disappointed. Much to the delight of every sweet toothed Chilli Head we’ve decided to recreate an old recipe and made new, Daddy Cool is proud to offer you our fiery chili relish, Salted Caramel Candied Jalapeno, we had to keep going ’til it hit the spot so let me take you to our candy shop!

This Cowboy Candy is so moreish, you’ll be having Clint Eastwood style stare offs with anyone who dares to come close enough to your precious jar. They’re the perfect sweet treat for someone made of tough stuff and add an exciting twist to an otherwise bland salad or cheese toastie. Why not try a few of these sticky treats on a cheeseburger, hotdog or pulled pork, I mean why have ordinary when you can have extraordinary.

SUGGESTED USES:  Ideal for cheese, pizza toppings, hot dogs, giving the oomph into a sandwich, burgers, nachos and cheese, straight out the jar, salad relish, mix some of the juice with a little olive oil and dress salad.

Ingredients: Green Jalapeno, Chilli (65%), Cider Vinegar (SULPHITES), Sugar, Salted Caramel Icing Sugar (11%) (sugar, natural flavouring, anti-caking agent E341 Carriers (maltodextrin, gum arabic)). Turmeric, CELERY, Garlic, Cayenne Chilli (0.19%).

    There are serving suggestions on the label, here’s mine. Open, insert spoon, use spoon to transfer contents to mouth. Enjoy.

    These are just bloody ridiculous. Sweet with a little heat. Just ate them straight out of the jar. Even the missus who was a skeptic loves them.

    This is absolutely the best Cowboy Candy I’ve ever eaten. We got through a jar in two days!
    I’m no stranger to making it myself, but Daddy Cool takes this delight to a whole new level, I wouldn’t even know where to start to make mine this delicious, in fact mine is very dull in comparison.
    I was sceptical at first I must admit, but I was blown away with the flavour, the salted caramel isn’t overpowering and really compliments the heat of the chillies, before we knew it the jar had gone!
    We enjoyed it on cheesy jacket potatoes and piled on top of cheesy nachos….and maybe a few sneaky spoons straight out of the jar.
    This is going to be a staple in our house.
