Sambal is used as an all-purpose condiment and is flying off the shelves quicker than it can be replenished; we’ve used our culinary skills and added flavours from China then added a Malaysian twist to bring you this Peranakan cuisine.
Our Sambal is beautifully fragrant and a brilliant addition to any stir fry and best of all its vegan!
It has a mild heat and a consistency which gives it a clinging and warm tasty hug with a depth of flavour which makes this sambal the one you’ll reach for.
SUGGESTED USES It pairs great with noodle dishes, rice, soups, stews, stir fry, meat and eggs, the Sambal is also ideal to add flavour to dips, spreads and sauces, the choice really is up to you, try it mixed with some ketchup or mayonnaise.
