Scorpion Annihilation Chilli Sauce
A sauce for no mere mortals, Daddy Cool’s Scorpion Annihilation (Finish Him) chilli sauce has brought tears to many an eye since its creation in December 2015. It boasts a warm sweet flavour, one which lures your tongue into a false sense of security. Before long, the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion lives up to its name and unleashes it’s crippling sting. For those hardened chili heads, hints of plum and pear make this sauce stand out from the rest. It’s the ideal sauce to have at the ready on takeaway night, whether it be pizza, Chinese, kebab or fried chicken. The chipotle chili mash makes the consistency of this unforgiving sauce perfect for splattering all your favourite dishes without the risk of overdoing it.

SUGGESTED USES: Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chilli has a tender fruit like flavour which makes it a perfect overall chilli for our chilli sauce, this sauce is for serious chilli heads only and caution is advised, it will blow a non-chilli heads socks off! The perfect chilli sauce to spice up kebabs, pizza, Chinese or use as a good, old fashioned dipping sauce. Let us know how you eat yours.
