They say revenge is a dish best served cold, but cold is a luxury you’ll be gasping for once you taste the flavours from Daddy Cool’s “Jeepers Reapers Revenge”. This little beauty is taking your taste buds to the max with Fresh Carolina Reapers, Roasted Tomatoes, Papaya, Sugarcane and Fresh Scotch Bonnets plus more… It’s not a sauce for the faint hearted as the Carolina Reapers pack a good punch and could well be the hottest thing on earth (or perhaps a close second to Kate Beckinsale), the scotch bonnets give a lovely Caribbean aroma and is the perfect consistency to splash on a bacon sandwich or fried breakfast. This little bottle of lava only hit the shelves Christmas 2015 but has already amassed a huge following, one which grew even stronger when it was awarded the Guild of Fine Food and Great Taste seal of approval in 2016.

SUGGESTED USES: A Caribbean influenced hot pepper sauce made for extreme chilli heads, this sauce packs one hell of a punch and the flavour is awesome. A hot chilli sauce that adds spice to chicken, pasta dishes, chilli con carne, fried breakfast and stews. We also know it goes well with cold meats and cheese.

Ingredients: Roasted Tomatoes, Papaya, Fresh Carolina Reaper Chilli (14%) Cayenne Chilli Mash (13%) (Salt, Acetic Acid), Onions, Sugarcane, Fresh Scotch Bonnet Chilli (9%), Red Wine Vinegar (SULPHITES), Molasses, White Wine Vinegar (SULPHITES), Lime Juice, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt, Mixed Herbs.
