In n Out fries

In n Out fries are hugely popular in America, here’s our spicy version. These are certain to have you coming back for more!

  • 2 large potatoes peeled and cut into even fries
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Daddy Cool’s Ketch the Reaper
  • 1 tbsp Daddy Cool’s Yellowbeards BBQ Mustard Sauce
  • 2 pickled gherkins finely diced
  • 1 tsp vinegar from the gherkins
  • 60 g cheese grated you can use American slices but we prefer Cheddar or Chilli Cheddar for an added kick


  • Cook the fries using your preferred method, oven cooked, deep fried etc.
  • Whilst the fries are cooking combine the mayonnaise, Ketch the Reaper, Yellowbeards, diced gherkins and vinegar.
  • To serve heap the cheese and sauce onto your fries and tuck in, its really that simple!
